Good day Believers,
I trust that you all are doing well, especially after a weekend of hot dogs, chicken, ribs, burgers, macaroni / potato salad, corn on the cob, and beans. Now, here’s some Bread…
What’s that for??
I remember going over a friend’s house and hanging out with he and his daughter. I happened to have a key chain that his daughter began playing with. I specifically remember her using the key chain to roll a ball around, kind of like you would use a golf club to roll a golf ball around. I thought it was cool and of course my boy told her to stop and to give me back my key chain. What struck me was the fact that she used my key chain as a tool to roll the ball around. The 2 parts of this are (A) She understands how a ball works which is why she attempted to roll it around. She obviously has played with a ball before. (B) She had no idea what the purpose of my key chain was, so she decided to use it for whatever she wanted to use it for, n this case, to roll her ball around. It made me think about all of the people who live their everyday lives NOT knowing their purpose and using their lives for whatever they like. Sure they are familiar with many things that go on in their lives (just as my boy’s daughter was familiar with the ball) but the tool that is supposed to be the main factor (the key chain) is their life and they have no idea what it’s purpose is.

Good day believers,
We want to apologize for the delayed bread, but our oven was acting crazy. The loaves kept coming out too dark LOL! As we continue to grow in faith, I hope that our attitudes towards others begin to change for the better. Now, FINALLY we are ready to break bread, let’s eat…
So many times we are called to help the people that push our buttons. Yes we are aligned with certain people with attitudes and characteristics that we get along with. However to test our patience, love, and forgiveness, people that have blatantly disrespected us are sometimes the people that we are called to help.
In Joshua, chapter 9, as the Israelites were capturing the promised land, the Gibeonites came to form an alliance to prevent from being slaughtered by Israel. GOD had specifically told Israel to make no alliances with any of the Canaanites, but the Gibeonites had lied and pretended that they were distant servants of Israel. Israel fell to the deception and signed the treaty. Then they came to find out that they formed an alliance and gave an oath to protect the Gibeonites who were supposed to be destroyed. (more…)

Destroy and Rebuild…
My brother and I were in the gym the other day and there was a woman complaining about her muscles being sore from working out. As she complained, her trainer explained why muscles get sore and the whole process of growing stronger. See… When we work out, we literally tear apart and shred our muscle fibers. tissue, etc… As these get torn apart, it exposes our nerves. As our nerves are exposed, they are now more sensitive to anything touching them and even to our own regular bodily movement. But the main point is, these muscle fibers and tissue cells grow back stronger, thicker and firmer than they were when you first tore them apart. As you constantly undergo this process by working out, these fibers and tissues keep growing back more and more firm… and stronger and stronger. So, in actuality, it’s the tearing down of the muscle that’s needed in order for it to grow stronger. Hmmm…

Good day, Believers…
I hope all is well. I trust that we are all focusing on trying to see The Face of God. Let’s continue doing that. And let’s get at this Bread…
It’s For Them…
I remember my brothers and I performing at a showcase about 13 years ago. During the performance we witnessed some technical difficulties with the sound. Long story short, we ended up coming in second place to an act that was nowhere near as… well, let’s just say we came in second place, lol!! The act that won got their pictures taken and won their trophies and out of about 7 Hip Hop acts, we were the only ones to go over and congratulate them. Ironically, we had more people congratulate us on the character that we showed, than we normally do on our stage performance. One woman walked up to us and shared with us that her son was watching our show and making remarks about all of the evil things he would’ve done to the soundman if it were him. She said that her son didn’t have a positive male figure around, and our response to the situation did more for him than she could’ve ever asked…

Good day Believers,
As I watched the NFL draft, I realized how much this world is into seeing in order to believe. It’s good for coaches to want to see proof before they draft a player, however GOD has already proved himself, so you don’t need to see any more wonders or miracles in order for you to invite him into your life. He’s proven, TEAM JESUS BABY!!!!
Yesterday a friend of mine was explaining to me how she was upset with GOD because of a terrible pain that she is going through due to a medical condition. She went on to tell me how miserable the pain is, and this Bread came to mind. NOT EVERY PAIN IS MEANT TO BE HEALED!!! How could GOD watch us stay in pain and not heal us? Listen to Paul’s explanation………
